We lost a great carver, leader, and friend.
Dick was there competing and volunteering at our first show…
and he never stopped giving the PFDA his positive energy.
Dick was commonly known as the “godfather of the PFDA”
We will all miss him!

Welcome fellow enthusiasts…

The Pacific Flyway Decoy Association was established in 1971 by a handful of carvers who sought to promote and preserve the North American tradition of hand-carved, wood decoys. They created the Wildfowl Art Festival to serve this purpose.

Let me take this opportunity to invite you to join one of the most unique and interesting organizations in the country. Whether your interests lie in carving, painting, decoy collecting, duck hunting or bird watching, this group is for you! As a non-profit organization, your active participation is encouraged. The more you contribute, the more rewarding and enjoyable it will be for you and everyone involved.

I would like to welcome you, in advance, to the Pacific Flyway Decoy Association.
